BIBLE STUDY ON REVELATION One of the most misunderstood and abused books of the Bible is the Book of Revelation. Many have used it to spread fear and sensationalism. Come, learn the real meaning of John’s vision. This season’s Bible Study started on September 30th and will be held on Wednesday evenings at 7:00 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall.

SOMETHING TO SAVE A LIFE - At the August Council Meeting permission was granted to solicit funds for an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) for our church. This is a user-friendly device that can be used to help restart a heart when someone is having a heart attack. The special price we have received is $1100, and when we have the money collected, we will purchase it. If you would like to donate towards this, please designate your gift "AED" or "Defibrillator." The life you save may be your own.

Rummage Sale & Outdoor Flea Market - Friday October 9, 2009 & Saturday October 10, 2009
8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. WOW, it’s only a little over a week away. Some of the donations that are needed are: clean clothing in good condition (adult and children), household items, kitchen ware, dishes, books, magazines, tapes, CD’s, DVD’s, videos, puzzles, games, toys for all ages, sports equipment, TV’s, computers and bicycles. Everything must be in working condition. Don’t forget the accessories (shoes, pocketbooks, hats, gloves, etc.). Many people need extra linens and blankets too. Men…check those unused tools. Only one week left. Happy cleaning out your house and yard. We don’t have enough space for large appliances or large pieces of furniture, but small working appliances are good sellers. Schedule for dropping your donations at Fellowship Hall:
· Monday 10/5 thru Thursday 10/8 from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon
Of course we need lots of help to make this rummage sale a huge success. A sign up sheet for workers will be on the bulletin board in the hallway of the church. All family members are needed. It is a good way to get to know each other better! Many hands make light work.
